- Ben Kuhn writes about computer science and improving the world. Plus he was the final impetus for me to start a blog. I'll also link his blogroll. Some of my recommendations might overlap with his.
- Julia Evans has a ton of great technical posts, and I found her zines really awesome for breaking down intimidating terminal and networking topics.
- Chris Krycho writes about theology, philosophy, and software. His posts are diverse and thoughtful, and I hope that I can make make my blog as methodical and well-organized as his.
- Paul Graham is one of the founders of Y Combinator, so you know he's an old hand at building startups. He also has a lot of great ideas about generating opinions and seeking success. As part of my ongoing crusade to convince my readers to start blogs of their own, I'll link his advice on writing simply and usefully.
- Derek Silvers is a great writer with a lot of intereseting projects. I particularly like his book notes and his now page.
- Despite being affiliated with the university, I found the MIT Admissions Blog to be refreshingly honest. The questions and feelings that haunt them will probably haunt me too. Read it to know what smart, introspective young people are thinking about these days.

- Amitav Nott is a former coworker from Cloudflare. They do software, hardware, and theater, and they make all sorts of nice things too.
- Alex K. is a college classmate. He can talk about an eclectic range of topics, but you should definitely talk to him if you are in the computer networks space.
- Alex Wang is a college classmate. We were co-tech leads for Brown Puzzlehunt (and partners for many other projects). I convinced him to start a website, but right now it's hosted under my domain.1
- Alex Zhang is a high school classmate. He was the president of the math club, and now he writes a lot about cybersecurity.
- Aren Guralp is my college roommate. They do math and poetry, and also a lot of puzzling.
- Beiming Zhang is a former coworker from Cloudflare who I cajoled into making a website. We climb together!
- Bokai Bi is a college classmate. He is simply the most interesting person you will ever meet.
- Edward Nguyen is another college classmate. He does research in systems and teaching. And we also climb together.
- Ran Zhao is another college classmate. Possibly the loveliest and most curious person I know—and she has a great website.
- Thomas Gordon was the writing lead for Brown Puzzlehunt, which I think technically made him my boss.
- Yi is another classmate! They do computer engineering.
