Who I Am

I am a student at Brown University studying computer science. I am particularly interested in networks, compilers, and solvers.

My courses and my work is a major part of my life. In the CS department, I have worked as a systems programmer, a lab consultant, and a teaching assistant for Formal Proof and Verification, Computer Systems, and Applied Cryptography. I have also been the president of Brown CS DUG. Outside of the CS department, I help run the tech for Brown Puzzlehunt. I write about my working life here [1] [2] [3].

Principles

I want to conduct my life with usefulness and reputation.

When it comes down to it, the most important thing in life is what you can do and how you treat people. In that regard, who you become or who you are now is not as important as what you do.

Hobbies

I enjoy climbing and writing.

I also read tons of informal writing, including blog posts, fanfiction, and translated webnovels. I find non-published writing more representative of popular views and more accessible than published work.

I do have a few nonfiction recommendations.
